Dr. Vellore ARSrinivasan,presently working as Professor of Biochemistry at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, is a Carnatic vocalist,percussionist and compooser. Herein Srinivasan renders his own composition--a navaragamalika viruttam on the biography of Nadajyothi Sri Muthuswamy Deekshithar,one among the trinity of Carnatic music.
