What is the MedEx Academy? The Greenville Hospital System(GHS) Medical Experience (MedEx) Academy represents an important part of our Workforce Development efforts to attract more young people into health care careers. The MedEx Academy will support high school rising seniors and college undergraduates in preparation for advanced training in healthcare. When fully actualized, the MedEx Academy will serve a dual role as the pipeline for students interested in pursuing a career in health care and attracting students to go to Medical School, Residency and Fellows programs.
