Where to buy: http://www.fragrancenet.com This 2003 composition by Annick Menardo opens up with a fleeting bergamot note whose duration is short-lived but succeeded by a ginger note coupled with cardamom that provides the head of this fragrance with a spicy nuance. Two far more concentrated yet volatile notes in this fragrance are nutmeg and pink pepper which provide an earthy and rosy smell respectively. The composition then transitions to a woodsy heart comprised of cedar and gaiac (the former being more noticeable). A strong incense note should not be overlooked as it seems to linger for almost the entire longevity of the fragrance and is likely modeled around the "contemporary" theme that the fragrance aimed to convey. The resins are mild and the base is completely animalic.
