Within neurosurgery I am interested in brain tumors/glioblastoma multiforme, skull base surgery, stereotactic radiosurgery, pediatric neurosurgery, and spine surgery. I am currently involved in clinical research examining the role of CyberKnife radiosurgery for management of rare intracranial tumors and cerebrovascular malformations. My other research focus is statistical analysis of large multi-center databases (NIS, MarketScan) to delineate national trends in neurosurgical interventions/operative complications.
