Skip Bayless Says LeBron James Can Only Beat Michael Jordan In Longevity Records: ‘I Will Bet You LeBron Will Not Sit From The Start. He Will Play…

The NBA is still trying to figure out when to start the next season and some players have expressed their concern with the proposed date of December. Los Angeles Lakers sharpshooter Danny Green recently revealed it was going to be hard seeing LeBron James and other players taking the court during the first month of competition.

This appears to be the general thought among players, but Bron always takes the most shots for being the face of the franchise. Skip Bayless, for instance, found a way to criticize LeBron for possibly sitting during the first month of the next season while making the case for Michael Jordan as the GOAT. Skip claimed that since LeBron has to keep trying to catch up with MJ, he wont be taking any rest so he can improve his career stats.

I will bet you LeBron will not sit from the start. He will play opening night and play 38 minutes. You know why? He has to. All hes got left chasing that ghost in Chicago is longevity achievements.

He then doubled down his comments on Twitter, explaining that LeBron is feeling the urgency to improve his numbers before his body starts slowing down.

All LeBron can do is pile up minutes, points, assists and set bogus long-term records. But Father Time is tapping him on the shoulder.

James confirmed hes one of the greatest players in NBA history after clinching his 4th NBA title with the Los Angeles Lakers a couple of weeks ago. The King finished his 17th season in the league, playing at the highest level even though hes 35 years old. LeBrons longevity is unmatched and he doesnt seem to be slowing down shortly. Yet, for Bayless, whatever he does wont be good to reach Michael Jordans level, even if LeBron isnt interested in that.
